Barbe SmithI was in search of a particular King duvet set recently and the girls at the UB Richmond Hill were so helpful on the phone and in person! It is, unfortunately, rare today to get customer service anywhere in retail, but in this store the sales personnel are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help solve your decor dilemma ;-) These girls keep the bar high for all those working in retail: Saghi, Targol, Kassandra (sorry I didn't get all your names). Keep being the excellent role models for all who visit the store!!

The sales person did, tucked in a corner adjacent to a sofa. She is very personable, warm, helpful and goes the extra step for customers, an asset to Urban Barn!

Their gift card system never seems to work properly, and instead of finding a solution or making it easier for the customer, the staff make it feel like an inconvenience. Shopping here has been frustrating instead of enjoyable. For a store that positions itself as a higher-end retailer, I expected much better service and reliability.
