This is for the owner - I have been coming to the salon for the past 4-5 years, and every time I find someone I like, the whole staff changes. The whole staff changes every few months and there are all new people who don’t know what customers want. Had a very poor experience getting my eyebrows done today. She just couldn’t get the shape right and then made them too thin trying to match their shape. Very disappointed.
