I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Quinn of Taps Media on three different projects for my medical clinic. I would have to be honest when I say I was a little nervous about hiring them to shoot my “brand anthem” video, as they do shoot a lot of action content/videos. However, I saw their impressive client list and had to take the leap. From the first consult to post production, they put my mind at ease. They are professional, punctual and honestly demonstrated sincere interest in my clinic and vision for the video. The post production phase was quick and the final product was exactly what I wanted. They were able to authentically capture our mission and values so eloquently. They are absolutely amazing videographers and even better people. They are so much fun to "work" with and they are really enjoyable to be around. Sure, a lot of companies can buy expensive equipment but it takes a true visionary to be able to tell a story and support the overall mood and look of your vision. Everything Taps Media does is done with purpose. From the lens they choose, the camera, the lighting, the music, the location, to the different angles.. Arizona is lucky to have such talented creatives locally in The Valley. All of my videos have been immersive and powerful. As someone that's been in the industry a long time, I've always had mixed experiences when working with video vendors. Some positive, some not so much, but TAPS blew away all my expectations. The process from beginning to end was one of open communication, collaboration and attention to detail. Very personal one-on-one interactions that made sharing ideas very seamless. Our shoot was very complex with a lot of client 'musts' that required everyone to be on the same page. Shooting both video and stills. The schedule was pretty crazy, but it was very well organized by TAPS that it was a really fun experience for everyone involved, client included.
