Tara was a joy to work with. My parents and my in-laws were all very involved with the wedding planning, and Tara served as a helpful neutral party to help us blend my non-Indian family with my husband's Indian family. She "gets" the importance of including both the parents' needs and those of the couple to ensure that everyone is happy, and helps the couple achieve their wedding dreams while respecting and involving the parents. Tara found vendors that were perfect for what we were looking for - amazing photographers that made us feel comfortable in the spotlight, a florist that made gorgeous arrangements, and more. There are plenty of potentially sticky situations that Tara can guide you through and help with resolving, from ballooning budgets to different cultures to dietary restrictions. She navigated a variety of needs, cultural and otherwise, to put together a beautiful Indian wedding that also made our non-Indian guests feel welcome. Thank you!

Tara has a calmness about her on wedding days that is so comforting to not only her clients but her vendor team. At the last wedding we photographed, she and her team were fully setup for an outdoor reception. It was gorgeous. And then...JUNGLE RAIN began pouring down. Without a beat, they quickly moved the event indoors before it even began. The guests were completely unaware of what transpired. The bride and groom were grateful they had hired wedding planner-extraordinaire, Tara, to handle what they couldn't have. While we don't have those images edited yet. I've attached a photo of a wedding we did last year together. Strangely enough, the bride and groom WANTED to get married in a Tuscan garden but were deeply concerned with inclement weather. So Tara suggested they create a garden indoors. Voila! It was perfection. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, just do it. And, if you're considering hiring Tara, just do it.

Okay Google I need the best wedding planner in Indianapolis Indiana" In February of 2017 this is exactly how my relationship with Tara Nicole Wedding Planning and Events began. I met Tara for the first time at the cutest little coffee house right by my home in Fishers. I immediately felt a comforting sense of "this woman has it together." She was extremely organized, so professional, and carefully trying to figure out her brand new apple computer 😂. As we were talking about my wedding day and the things that I wanted I mentioned to her that I had already purchased a few decor items I wanted. She looked at me and she said okay you need to stop. Your wedding is 2 years away and I know you will change your vision by then. Now listen. Everyone who knows me knows I am as stubborn as they come and Im not exactly the best at doing what Im told. Interestingly enough there was something that hit me when Tara said stop purchasing and I knew I had to listen. I went home that night and I told my fiancee Ashley that I had found our wedding planner with her response being "yeah how's that" in which I responded to "because she told me no." Aside from the fact that this super cute tiny pregnant with baby number 2 lady could tell me no there were many other reasons we chose Tara and we are so thankful we did. Her website shows how talented she is. The works of art she is able to put together show on her website everything that is capable of. Her sophisticated class, detail oriented, picture perfect, pinterest wedding is exactly what we were looking for. As we got to know Tara over the course of 2 and a half years Ashley and I both found ourselves not only excited to meet with her to chat wedding but we were excited to just catch up with her. At some point in our working relationship Tara became out friend. Then she became a good friend and now she is a very dear friend. Having your own wedding featured in a very well known and reputable wedding magazine/blog is one thing. That speaks volumes in itself of Tara's work but what I've enjoyed the most is the friendship we now have. Many times I would find myself on the phone with Tara for over an hour talking about work...love...kids...life...when we were supposed to be chatting wedding. That is the reason Tara should do your wedding. She will get to know you and she will create what is perfect for you.
