He was very thorough in identifying the areas of our house where critters were getting in and repaired the access points while trapping and removing the unwanted guests. We had squirrels in our attic which required about 2-3 weeks of active trapping. He came to the house regularly to check the traps, and was very response if I ever noticed a squirrel in a trap. I would very much recommend him to anyone looking for pest control services!
