Absolutely 5 stars Incredible GP practice They will always have an appointment if you need and they always answer the phone lines without a huge calling queue The online system works the best though and they have clinicians call or message you back so quickly! Brilliant practice

Very very prompt service! The staff that I have spoken to have always been more than helpful. I think the reception staff in particular do an amazing job. It is not the easiest of jobs at times but they are always so efficient and pleasant which means a lot to me. I cannot praise Taunton Vale Healthcare enough, my husband and I both had issues last week and both of us were dealt with with care and professionalism! From the moment we spoke with the Receptionists, to the Nurse Practioners, Junior Doctors and Doctors we were looked after promptly, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise the team enough. thank you all so much
