I'll say their operating system is nice and streamlined. However, I called and spoke to the assistant who advised me that with State filing , my small business and my work income it would be 4-450$ to file . I was clear about all the things I needed to file . sent all documents request and was advised I needed to send last year's return , I was preparing to send that when , In a separate message, I was sent an invoice for 650$ to file . I reached out asked if they would honor the price I was quoted by the assistant . I was told that the "final amount was calculated after receiving the documents" . However, I was given a price range and wouldn't mind paying a little more. But 200$ more ? That's crazy. And also alot more expensive than other CPAs In the area. I'll be going elsewhere. This place is not meant for people on a budget.
