Always first class service and no nonsense with it. They replaced my watch battery without demur and gave me a lifetime deal for £22 - next time the battery needs replacing they'll do it for nothing. Very useful to have this Timpson's in Sainsbury's and I've been a satisfied customer for many years. Edit: I really can't recommend these people highly enough. We went to them to get our three-year-old photographed for his passport. We were very apprehensive about it, as a previous attempt in town had ended in abject failure. But the nice guys in Timpson's took the time to put him at his ease and got it right. A very positive experience and very good value too. This is an excellent company in every way.

Took some old films to be developed from my late father's house. There was a bit of a mix up and when I went to collect the photos I wasn't charged. They didn't know what the films where so it was a lovely gesture and made my day. Don't know what guys name was but, thank you x

The advert is somewhat misleading. I telephoned what I thought was a local locksmith based in Stanway, near Sainsburys, to find it was a mobile locksmith based in Ipswich.
