Have to give Maranda a huge shout out. Talked my husband into using a travel agent for our 10 wedding anniversary trip. Start to finish Maranda was there through the whole planning process. We didn't get to meet her in person but the over the phone meetings were smooth and she was in constant contact via email with us as everything was set up. She helped us get to Costa Rica and back. She helped us get into the hotel that suited us the best and they spoiled us 100%. Flawless travel to and from the airport when we landed in Costa Rica and all her tips and notes about traveling outside the country really helped us. I learned later that my parents secretly reached out to her and worked in an extra surprise to our stay since they had copies of the details on where we were. The experience was more than I could have imagined and I really think Maranda made it all happen. Hiring her took so much worry and stress off the trip and it was great. I will go through TBD and work with Maranda in future adventures.

This is the second year we've booked a trip with Maranda, and once again, the experience was nothing short of fantastic! She made the entire process so smooth and easy. Maranda has been incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions, handle changes, and even assist with any last-minute emergencies, both before and during our trip. I can't say enough great things about working with Maranda and TBD Travel Service, and we're already looking forward to planning our next adventure with her!

Maranda is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She made sure our vacation checked all our boxes when planning. Her emails were flawless and organized so well. She was readily available via text and email even late at night while I was packing for our trip, even early in the morning when we were having trouble at the airport super early. We truly will never do big travels without her. She’s phenomenal. 6 stars. We traveled to Secrets Tides Punta Cana.
