I regularly watch TBN24 for updates on immigration news and find it highly informative. One day, I watched a segment featuring Mr. Belal from Bangla Travels, who shared insights on applying for travel documents and the processing assistance his company provides. I would like to share my experience with Bangla Travels' CEO, Belayet Hussain (Belal), and his team member, office assistant Jahangir, located in Jackson Heights, NY. After meeting with the CEO, I was asked to pay $750 for processing, which was supposed to take a week. I, along with two friends, applied on the same day, but were surprised when Jahangir charged us $950, which was inconsistent with the initial quote of $750. After a month, Jahangir informed us that our applications were ready. However, upon submission, our applications were rejected by Immigration within two weeks due to improper filling. Jahangir re-submitted our applications, which took another 15 days, only to be rejected again by USCIS for incomplete and incorrect information. I was astonished by the rejections and attempted to contact Mr. Belal, who did not respond to my calls or texts. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional service provided by Bangla Travels. I urge caution when dealing with this company. As I am writing a review for TBN24, I hold your channel responsible for broadcasting accurate information, as viewers rely on the credibility of your news.
