Would rather push out long term commercial tenants than negotiate a fair, long term lease. Would not advise working with Nancy especially Restaurants are a tough business. Any commercial venture in Philadelphia is honestly tough. And to be raising rents and pushing out long term tenants is nuts. Would not recommend using as a commerical landlord

Like many others here, I am constantly spammed by mailers from NRC, despite several requests that she/they stop mailing me. At this point, based on her complete failure to listen or respond to a very simple and reasonable consumer request, I can’t imagine having her help me with one of the largest and complicated transactions that most of us are likely to enter into - and at this point I’d hire just about any other real estate broker but this one!

Received a mail flyer. I decided to give them a try. Called (3) times, all of which went to voicemail. We kept missing each other, but decided since they were unable to answer the phone once, probably not a good fit. Then they started calling non-stop. I had texted them and asked them to stop calling me, but they continue to call daily. Such harassment, but don't answer the phone!
