I recently ordered a deep interior cleaning and a wash with a shine effect. Unfortunately, the results were mixed. There was cleaning paste left in the seat crevices, the car was covered in dust from the polish, and the panoramic roof ended up dirtier than it was before. To my surprise, I also found hair in the interior from the previous owner, which was very disappointing. This is based on my personal experience and is shared as constructive feedback for improvement. However, after discussing these issues with Mr. Muhammed and Mr. Iman, all problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Their efforts to address my concerns were greatly appreciated. Based on my final experience, I can say that their willingness to fix the issues showed good customer service.

Excellent service and superb workmanship. I had some dents fixed on 4 panels and some scratches fixed then they did a Colour Polish, and engine wash and a leather refresh. My seven year old BMW looks brand spanking new. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Mohammed runs a super outfit.

I had a terrible experience at MrCap Al Quoz. I brought my car in for deep cleaning. The place was extremely crowded. The owner told me that I would get my car back the next day. However, I saw they were very busy so I told him I would come back in five days. So that they had time to properly clean my car. One day upon my pickup, I called to confirm if it would be ready the next day. I told him to properly clean the car since I went there for deep cleaning, not just a normal cleaning. One hour before my pickup, I called again to confirm if the car was ready. The guy said it was ready. So I went to the garage to pick up my car. The condition of my car was shocking. It was EXTREMELY DIRTY as in the videos. There was food inside the car and on the seatbelt. There was still a black spot on the window. The car seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned at all for FIVE days. Everything was very disgusting. I waited one hour so they cleaned my car since I didn’t want to go back and forth anymore. Eventually they finished after an hour. It was overall very disappointing. I was charged 630 AED for one hour of cleaning. The service was no different from a normal cleaning I can randomly find easily and would be much cheaper. It was very stressful and I don’t want anyone to have to go through this experience. I won’t recommend this place to anyone ever.
