We used U-Pack for our move from Northern CA to Northern ID and I 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving a long distance! Their customer service with the teams on both ends was fantastic. Quick responses to questions, friendly agents and great drop off/pick up drivers. The price is 100% unbeatable. We looked around at a lot of different options and this was 100% the cheapest and easiest option! We paid less for our U-Pack than our family did for their smaller Uhaul +Gas when all was said and done! Our items arrived in the quoted time and they were back to get the trailer quickly the next day after we called to let them know it was ready! If you are looking for a good deal, a good amount of space to pack up, and great customer service- chose U-Pack! Hoping we aren't moving again anytime soon, but if I did I would chose U-Pack again!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our TX to WA move! Our trailers, yes 2, were delivered for loading as promised, picked up, delivered for unloading then picked up promptly at our destination. Yes, we paid for guaranteed service as we did have some time restrictions. Everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was a fantastic experience! These are company drivers moving your goods, not contractors! This makes a huge difference! Thank you ABF for a great job!!!

Everything went the way they advertised. No surprises. Our truck actually arrived at the destination five days sooner than expected which worked out great for us. It’s a little on the expensive side but if you have more stuff than will fit in a large U-Haul, this is the way to go.
