In addition to his impeccable service, being available for me at all times, always providing me w personal service catered to my needs, he was a great teacher about the process as well, providing me w not just information of the mortgage itself but about other influencing factors, the long term horizon, my own investment goals, global and secular climates, considering my investment portfolio, and weighing all the various facets before making the best, informed decision. Ultimately that doesn't mean anything unless it translates into securing a mortgage, and in these uncertain times these are tricky waters to navigate. Not only did Kevin help me to secure a mortgage w a terrific rate ( while the federal rates continued to climb afterwards) he did so given my unique circumstances. Not an easy task.
