Huge shout out to Adam and Jenna. Second time selling a home with Adam and both times he’s been 100% right with everything. This time selling was an older, cheaper home that needed some work. Being on the other side of the country, I sent a text and Adam provided a remodel plan that he felt confident would get the house sold and provide a return on investment. Through the whole process I had the utmost confidence in him and it all worked out as he said. Along the way, we had some issues on the buyer’s side arise and Jenna stepped in. She stayed on top of everything and ensured documentation was provided and signed when they needed to be. She kept me informed through each step of the sale.
