Kellie NailI’ve been a Pest USA customer since 2018. I’m always impressed by the customer service and the quality of service. My latest service technician, Elliot Harris is awesome. He’s personable and professional. He also tolerates my little barking dogs so well. I also appreciate that he will explain the seasonality and types of pests that he will provide extra focus on when needed. My termite inspector is also wonderful. I don’t know his name because I only get to interact with him once a year. Whenever I see him, he’s always got a smile on his face and leaves detailed write ups on the service provided. Some neighbors have switched to save a little money, but I feel the costs is fair and even if they are priced a little higher, I don’t want to skimp on pest control and the quality of service provided. Cameron is super helpful and always a pleasant experience for my termite inspection.
