I’ve had a terrible customer experience with Goodlife so far. In 2 instances Goodlife associates verbally promised everything was taken care of when it wasn’t and Goodlife fails to take accountability: 1. Missed a payment, called the next day and paid in full. The agent reassured me that as a one-time courtesy she was gonna waive the $25 fee but I was still charged this fee a week later. Called back and the next agent says there is nothing they can’t do. I’ll be escalating this situation to management 2. Changed my direct deposit information in person at my home gym and the associate failed to tell me that my next payment was going to still come out of my old account. Therefore my bank charged me additional fees. Tried to get compensation from Goodlife but they declined and just apologized for the lack of training from their associate. What a terrible company that doesn’t value their customers and charges inflated prices. As soon as my personal training contract is over I’ll be ending my membership

Never had a problem with billing. Put my membership on hold for a month when i went out of country, no problems at all. Great communication and clear with pricing plans and payment terms. Read the fine print and ask many questions before you sign anything. Best Gym in London!

Horrible customer service Dont sign any agreements with them Put membership on hold Have a brain tumor Had to major surgery Paid 300 for membership fees Did not attend gym at all I asked to waive 30 outstanding balance after i cancelled Stay away Dont sign up The gym customer service was horrible Head office They avoid speaking to you and send emails After they reinstated my membership Never used the gym I hope others report this They will write a reponse to contact them But there is no customer support Stay away from this gym at all cost This gym is a scam There are many other options That are affordable and provide exceptional customer service AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COST THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE OF THIS GYM I WILL NEVER TAKE A STEP IN THIS GYM WHEN I RECOVER FROM MY ILLNESS THIS WHOLE THING HAS CAUSED ME MORE STRESS Worst mistake in my life

You guys must have a lot of customers to not try to offer good customer service to your clients. I have been spending money on GoodLife for over a year even when I am not able to go as frequent but today was the last day they get a penny from me. I am having issues with my bank hence I had to get service charge, I called asked if it could be refunded and I clear up the bill over the phone, the agent refused. Even my bank refunded the charge on their end and set me up to protect me from the service charges . I have paid it off and cancelled my membership, I will take my money elsewhere. The agent I spoke to this morning completely lacks customer service.
