Poor management.. I was asked to come for the interview around at 2 PM and I reached on time at the venue.. The HR Ms. Mohita made me wait for 1 hour with the excuse that CEO is having lunch.. Dear Mohita if you already knew that your madam has this fixed time for having lunch then you could tell me properly that we can't schedule interview on that time.. Being an HR I also know that this is basic ethic to not to make someone wait especially for the interview part... This reflects your company's professionalism and values😏

My experience with TWC has been nothing short of harrowing. I joined in mid-2023, and was hired for a remote content writer's role with an extremely low salary compared to my experience. Things quickly took a turn for the worse after just a month. One day, I was asked by a colleague to keep myself available at 11 AM the next morning to draft responses for their HealthTech client’s event. Later that evening, another colleague insisted I join a client video call at the same time next morning ( I was not even handling that client). When I explained the scheduling conflict, the dumbhead complained to HR. Instead of addressing the issue fairly, the HR manager called me and, in an authoritarian tone, accused me of refusing to work. She even went as far as to suggest they were doing me a "favor" by letting me work from home, making it seem as though I begged for the job. She clearly said, "Hum aapka Paisa bacha rahe hai, you should be grateful to us." There was no attempt to understand or address my concern that I couldn't possibly be in two places at once. When i retaliated to her demeaning words, I was dismissed and even criticized for standing up for myself, with the the HR manager saying, "This is not the Monalisa I met during the interview." It was clear that the expectation was for employees to tolerate unreasonable demands without question. Also, the colleagues, "except a few", would frequently bother me even after office hours, "even on weekends", simply because I was working remotely. Additionally, the business development manager would drag me into unnecessary client meetings in Gurgaon / Noida without any regard for my time or role, and there was no compensation for the travel expenses for me, as if my remote status justified this kind of exploitation. Even after returning home from lengthy client meetings, I was expected to submit my work by EOD, without fail. Attempts to speak to the owner about these issues were futile, as I understand she was genuinely busy. No hard feelings against her. The overall work culture is toxic, and there’s a complete disregard for employee well-being.
