However, I must state this young owner entrepreneur Felix, is an outstanding honest person who fulfills his promises to complete a job on time and within the expected cost. Highly recommend Tech Mended services and commitment to its clients. Should I require any future services with my Laptop, I now know where I can find a trustworthy repairman. Thank You Felix.

0/10 experience. First & foremost, they promised me the repair would be done within a day and I expressed the importance of this. They called me back the next day just for them to tell me they broke ANOTHER part of my phone. The following day I pick it up and they put my camera back on wrong. I had to go back & fix it. Total, they took 3 WHOLE days. To make matters worse, this was an iPhone backglass repair… and within a month, I dropped it ONCE and the back completely shattered. I just went to another repair shop to fix my phone and they showed me (picture attached) the quality of this shops work. If you see at the bottom, the metal is dented. That NEVER HAPPENS when it is a genuine Apple part - only the GLASS itself would break. So… low quality parts… terrible service & a total waste of money. I want my money back.

Felix is absolutely amazing! He helped fix my mom’s phone and took his time to carefully transfer all of her information. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. My mom left so happy, and I’m beyond grateful for his kindness and professionalism. If you ever need phone repairs or tech help, Felix is the person to go to! Highly recommend!
