Diana De R**Review stars reduced to a 1** It's hard to judge fairly since every agent representing HAYS is different. I have met several agents in person, via email and via Microsoft teams. They have access to jobs that fit my interest which I normally do not have access to (meaning that many job postings are not not posted via the company website). Each agent I interacted with was SUPER friendly. However, despite the synergy you may share with a HAYS recruiter, rest assured they will leave you high and dry if you are not hired and get them their commission. In my opinion, save yourself the trouble. In 2022, each company is desperate to hire. Apply directly to each one that interests you. Best of luck! Aug 19, 2022 (Update): Feedback: My previous comment was too generous. I spent 1.5 mths trying to obtain my pay stubs, upon being hired via HAYS. I have also since become permanent, but HAYS has NOT paid my 4%, despite being hired permanently for over 3 weeks (and emails sent to them to this regard). Dealing with HAYS is a hassle. Time wasted. AVOID!

He had found me a job at Intact however I had to decline the offer days before starting as I was accepted on a permanent offer with another firm. When I advised Simon we were both sad but how Simon handled it with me was amazing. I felt bad but a permanent job is much better then a temporary with potential of going permanent down the line.
