I called and discussed my problem: an open PC case I was upgrading and couldn't get the CPU fan back on properly. The man I talked to said they would be glad to look at it, and no appointement neeed. I went over this afternoon and Joey welcomed me and went to work. He was able to get the fan installed. He also removed parts I did not need, and showed me where I could put a new fan if need be. I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing, no charge under 15 minutes!" I tried to pay something, but he wouldn't take any. Not only that, he helped me get my stuff back into my car.
