I had previously been going to Mavis and Action Gator, only to find out that they were overcharging me and billing me for things that didn’t even make sense. I learned that they were simply running diagnostic codes and throwing parts and fees linked to those codes at me, which is not the correct way to repair a car. The right approach involves diagnosing the actual problem and thoroughly testing the components. Techs-To-Go is the most honest company I have ever dealt with because they did exactly that. Instead of charging me $3,000 like Mavis wanted, they properly fixed my car for under $1,000. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days, but Chris and his family at Techs-To-Go are the most trustworthy people I’ve encountered. I’m incredibly grateful to have found them. My car broke down as I pulled into the DMV. I called Techs To Go, gave them the symptoms and sat down to wait my turn at the DMV. 5 minutes later they were there!!!
