I’ve had a screen replaced and my son’s iPhone was repaired at a later date…… All in all, things have been fantastic with this repair shop, I originally was referred to a different shop but I read a review on tech shield and decided to go to them instead . I’m glad I did!!! Outstanding service, fair prices and overall good people. I highly recommend this repair shop.

So a couple things with this establishment While I was waiting in line There were three customers in front of me. The customer he was currently helping one of his statements to the older lady was that I don’t know you’re going to have to figure it out at home. She was very polite. She said thank you and moved about her day. The next customer in line spoke with a little softer tone and he was very rude and said you’re gonna have to speak up cause I can’t hear you First of all, there was probably unnecessary music inside the establishment that he could’ve turned down if he’s hard of hearing Then thirdly, he asked the gentleman after that customer if there was any water damage and the customer honestly replied yes and he said well that’s your problem All of these encounters, he was extremely rude and honestly disrespectful I brought my phone back because when he put a screen protector on there, there was bubbles and he told me the bubbles were gonna go away after 24 hours in fact they did not. I gave him 3 to 4 days. They still didn’t go away so I brought the phone back And he stated to me there was never anybody who had a problem or brought their phone back for tiny bubbles. All of these encounters, he was not appreciative of any of the business he was receiving or the customer service Phones and electronic devices are investments and for some of us we like to get what we are paying, for I certainly did not pay for bubbles in my screen protector, which is why I went to a professional I do not do not recommend anyone spending their money here or using this individual unless you really don’t like customer satisfaction

These guys were great!!!! Courteous and affordable!!! Fixed my phone while I waited plus they laughed at my jokes! I thought I had a broken screen but they told me it was just the protector! They didn’t rip me off!!! Plus they gave me a top notch protector for the price of the cheaper one that they were out of for my phone! They also cleaned (had pocket lint in charging port) and put a new battery in! Phone looks and is functioning like brand new again!!!! Will go back!!!! Very friendly also!!!! Thank you Victor!!!

I had an emergency situation with my son phone on Saturday at 3:50 called Techshield and Evan was on the other line. He was very professional and assured me with finding the location then got the job done within the hour! Evan was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone in need of repairs . Thanks again Evan!! My son is enjoying his phone without the cracks :-)
