My partner and I met with them in Delhi, and although I was initially more focused on the overall development, their suggestions turned out to be really valuable. We first went with the CAw approach, followed by the development of phase 1. After launching it, we transitioned to the T&M model. They’ve been great tech partners, and I would definitely recommend them to other entrepreneurs for their development needs.

I agree with other real clients here – Techugo does not finish projects properly. After the first payments, they often assign young, inexperienced developers or managers to your project. They will not complete your project and they do not care about good coding quality and standards. I do not recommend this company. There are many other companies that do a much better job. Be careful. Ps. Most of the 5* Ratings are coming from those Junior Developers who are hired for 1-2 months and then fired.

Techugo needs to significantly improve their execution and delivery processes to better serve their customers. They must fix their software development and product management. They estimated a 3-month timeline. However, 9 months have passed, and the product is still incomplete and full of bugs due to the assignment of inexperienced developers disguised as Senior developers. Deliver the product as promised, without any bugs. I will update my rating once Techugo consistently delivers high-quality code and products.
