Had my wife get her screen replaced here with aftermarket screen. Found out that the front camera was damaged. Aftermarket screen was very buggy and would be unresponsive at times. Had to replace the phone due to the damaged camera. When confronting the owner. They had blamed the employee instead of trying to fix the issue or offering a refund. Would not recommend any repair from this business. Find somewhere else

Nice people here but horrible service. They haggle a lot. I brought in my phone for screen repair and was asked “how much are you willing to pay ?” The gentleman stated that it would be $350 for the repair but when I declined he tried dropping it down to $290. I have no issue with either price but the service seemed to dishonest for me. I purchased a case and went about my day. I drove over down to Lady Lake and found a spot called “ Gizmo Depot” for MUCHH better service and pricing.

Review update: Took my phone in to get a screen replacement after an incident happened with my screen, was talked into getting an aftermarket screen so it would be a bit easier pricing on my wallet. I hate that I agreed, but I need my phone for my job and I was desperate. Couple of days pass and my phone isn't responding well to the aftermarket screen, it glitches, slows down, heats up, and front camera is very blurry. I let it slide for the rest of the month and I take it to my phone dealer to get some answers and they got me a replacement screen, but come to find out they couldn't replace it with the correct screen samsung provided only because Techy Leesburg who did my screen repair the first time damaged my front camera and the screen wouldn't pass the diagnostic test since it's damaged. It made me mad that they did this! So I went to confront them about it to the owner of Techy stores and he blamed his employee for the damage and that i needed to bring it up to him who did the repair. Also they bribed me with a pop socket if I left a good review for them but now that I know the truth Im editing that review. Thanks for costing me $350 dollars all for you to damage my property. Im never recommending this place or any of their other stores to anyone. I have to replace my whole phone now due to your lack of knowledge of screen repair. Sincerely a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!

Phone was not charging, port was damaged. Technician did a great job communicating issue and fixed it fast. Would recommend
