Initially I left a 5 star review as installer was nice and also he offered all customer $5 off for a Google review. But this place needs to be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. I went with my IPHONE 14 PRO MAX to replace the screen as it got damaged due to contact with water. Installer charged PREMIUM price, $200+ tax for screen replacement and $20 (!!!) FOR Screen protector film. But the screen he installed of the CHEAPEST VERSION SCREEN MONEY CAN BUY. I charge my phone to 100% & within 2 hours the battery is down to 5%. The screen brightness is up and down. The screen touch is inconsistent and horrible. I realized the quality of the screen he installed is the worst quality to make max profit. I went to another store and they confirmed replacement screen will never have such issues and the screen this installer installed must be “Bootleg” quality. I just ordered iPhone 17 pro max and just going to cut my loss and get rid of this phone. Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible place to take your phone to. Maybe a lot of 5 star reviews are due to the face that he iffwrs$5 off if you leave a nice review.

Sold me a defective screen on iPad! Gave me a hard time when I brought the tablet back said it was over 30 days even though I called and told them the issues before the days and explained to them that I was a over the road trucker and not from the area! Long story short they fixed it then about 2 days later the screen was falling out wasn’t properly glued in! Paid 150 bucks I do not recommend
