My daughter purchased a used phone from them an in less than a year has had problems. Kept shutting off and having trouble turning back on. Took it today to replace the battery and now it has shut off and won't turn back on at all. Very disappointing. Will her phone be fixed or replaced free of charge, I wonder????

Nate and Steve were great they got me a new phone and even took the old one off my hands they transferred all my data from my old phone even gave me a phone case and screen protector prices on getting your phone fixed or getting a new one I recommend these guys hands down best work and great prices and very professional they also changed my number over didn’t even have to go to my carrier I salute these guys on the commitment to there job and helping people

Really blown away by the level of service I received here. I have a 2.5 year old phone with a cracked screen. Took the phone to UBREAKIFIX and they said they could not repair my phone due to some technicality with their partnership with Samsung. Afterwards I took my phone to Techy in the north fort myers walmart where Nate and Hector came up with a clever solution to repair my screen AT ALMOST 1/3 THE COST UBREAKIFIX was going to charge. Nate explained every step of the process and was transparent. Will be recommending this shop to all my people.
