So i had issues with my screen from the first day i brought it home. I had to work the next couple of days so i couldn’t bring it in. Then the screen had an LED light across through it, no physical damage. I was told there was a warranty but it doesn’t apply if there is damaged.. which I didn’t see but obviously, I’m not a “tech” person and I couldn’t refute this. They did not replace or offer any type of refund. I decided to trade in my phone and cut my losses. The report from Apple is seen below, I also called to confirm what this meant. Essentially, the screen was improperly placed. The screen was not physically damaged by me. Their warranty is subjective to a photo that they send to the manufacturer. I lost $210. I would not recommend this business. Response to the owner. I have the right place. Attached is my bank statement. Do not gaslight me. You guys have already done that. I believe it would be appropriate to be refunded

Stay away from this place everyone!!! I walked in to get my screen fixed and walked out with a defective screen and messed up battery. I never had an issue with the battery to begin with and they refused to give me a working screen. Waste of money and time. Avoid this place at all costs. $200 plus a tip which I should of never given. Very disappointed with Techy. Never again. Lesson learned!!

10/10. Walked in for a screen repair and was approximated 45 min (as someone was in front of me) but got it back in less than 20 mins! Quick and wonderful staff.

When my 4yo Galaxy S8+ suddenly lost the ability to charge the battery, Gerald and staff were there to talk me off the ledge. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options to consider. Even though I opted not to do the repair (it was really time to upgrade anyway), they got the phone up and running long enough for me to do a transfer when my new phone finally arrived. They put in considerable time and effort to to help me out despite not giving them any repair businesses. They also replaced front & back glass on that S8+ about 2yrs ago. They did a great job at a reasonable price back then and they were the first people I turned to this time. Highly recommend!
