I’m sure this is a great store for many people, and the staff was very friendly and respectful, which I appreciated. I came in to get my iPhone screen repaired and paid $225. A few hours later, I picked up my phone—but quickly realized the issue was more than just the screen. My phone would shut off after being on for two minutes. I brought it back the next morning and asked if it was something they could easily fix. They assured me they could handle it. After another few hours, I returned, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. I gave them one more chance to fix it, but unfortunately, they were ultimately unable to solve the problem. I ended up being without a phone for a week, missing several important calls and potential clients in the process. While the store had a good atmosphere and the employees were kind, the overall experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning to an iPhone repair shop again after this.

Be sure to have your ducks in a row along with your questions as the person working here is quite impatient. This is a repair shop, NOT an IT support, any questions you may have regarding operating systems or apps on your devices will go unanswered. You will be told to contact the vendor you bought it from directly, definitely not the Apple genius bar

I brought my phone here to repair a cracked screen. The phone was in great working condition. after I received the phone with the new screen, it started to have more problems. I brought the phone back in and ultimately they were not able to fix my phone. If you want to spend 300 dollars and receive a phone that doesn’t work back then this is the place for you.

Really appreciate them taking care of two of my controllers with stick drift, good price and solid customer service! Wayy better than ifix and repair!!!!!!!!!
