My Sony DualSense Edge took a hard fall, and one of the triggers broke. Understanding how much it cost to replace this controller, I immediately went to Google to search for a repair shop. Call after call, I was met with shops unwilling to take the job or telling me it’s impossible. So I kept calling until a young lady at Techy Sunrise picked up. I explained the issue with my controller and that I was being told this repair isn’t possible. She gave me a number to send pictures to, and I sent her pictures of the broken controller. She immediately responded that they can fix it. I texted back asking her if she was sure. She assured me, and off I went to get my controller repaired. Once I arrived, the Tech looked at my controller and asked for 15-20 minutes to assess the damage. Once returning, I was told they needed an hour to find parts no call was made. I called back the next day and was told they were having trouble locating the parts. I started to get the feeling that they were capable of doing controller repairs, so I searched until I found a shop that specializes in video game repairs. After waiting two days, I called Techy Sunrise to pick up my controller and immediately dropped it off at a different tech shop but was informed by the tech that screws and parts from the inside were missing. I called Techy Sunrise to inform them of the missing parts but, the women and tech who I’ve been in contact with and tried and failed to repair my controller, went on to completely deny anything was missing and that they had nothing to do with the missing screw and that it was part of the broken piece that was missing. So I sent them pictures of the missing screw and pieces showing them it’s not apart of the broken part but they have completely stopped responding. BEWARE taking your electronics to places like this. Included is pictures of the controller showing the missing parts and the text exchange with Techy Sunrise. Please refer to my text. Techy Sunrise refuses to take any accountability, I’ve been nothing but respectful in my text and when in person at your store.

I brought my scooter in for tires & brake see service , and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was incredibly professional, honest, and friendly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got it fixed faster than I expected. Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the price was also very reasonable — much better than other quotes I had gotten. It’s rare to find a place that’s both skilled and fair, but they nailed it. Highly recommend them to anyone needing scooter repairs or service. This place was awesome! Ellie was a very helpful assistant and the tech worked fast! I had gone in to replace a battery for my dad's phone and they had a fair price on it. Would definitely come here again if I had another phone issue.
