My wife’s phone would not charge while she was hospitalized, because some food items were obstructing the port and I called this guy(nice gentleman ) after calling several others with no luck. He cleaned and cleared the port in under five minutes and refused to charge me anything. This little hidden gem is phenomenal and the owner/technician is excellent and the best I have come across in a while. It’s nice to see that we still have honest, trustworthy and hardworking people willing to help and not always looking to rip up customers. Great person and excellent customer service. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Keep up the great work buddy.

I had a new gaming desktop that arrived needing diagnostics. Unable to reach the manufacturer AMD, I took it here. They were very helpful, and very reasonable. They were able to get a full windows properly installed for me, and that fixed the issue. I highly recommend them The price was very reasonable as well. Great resource

Jeremiah was amazing..we went in there for a fix of iPhone that had water residue. He was honest, and very knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable as some iPhone stores will try to rip you off. This was not the case. Extremely satisfied with Techy in the Shenandoah Square. Very quick as well to fix. Reasonable price also.
