I came in today for an APU repair since my APU kept giving me an engine code and failing to crank/start . They got me in a bay within 30 mins but I sat here for 4 hours for them to fix the issue , even though I told them I was loaded and had to make a delivery by 1430 that was an hr away . They finished me with 30 mins to spare . I’ve been to multiple thermoking locations around the country and this one has by far been the slowest and don’t care about your time . Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be , I almost missed my delivery appointment . They also did not fix the issue . I sat there for 4.5 hours for nothing . The APU ran for about 2 hours after I left then I got the same code again with the engine failing to start . Wasted my time & yet I bet they still expect my company to pay that invoice when they did absolutely nothing . Definitely believe the bad reviews

Be careful this location I came here for oil change and they don’t change my air filter also they don’t close side gard after they say you good to go I checked my filter and I saw my air filter is in there they don’t changed at all This people they don’t like a color they look the don’t deserve costumer same way

Been to this place 3 times for the same issue. A few mouths ago just decided not to go back. Apu is not fixed and I'm tired of just giving them money.
