Words cannot thank you enough, Tina, for your insight, knowledge, care, and support. I was originally referred to Tina by my Osteopath for an Indian Head Massage. While those massages were absolutely fantastic, Tina quickly recognized there was more going on beneath the surface. She was able to uncover both the physical issues I was experiencing and the underlying emotional components connected to them. After two sessions, I felt an incredible sense of relief and well-being. We are still working together, but already she has provided me with practical suggestions on what to do and what to eliminate to support my healing journey. I am so grateful to have found her.

I’ve done years of traditional talk therapy to work through some of the same issues I brought to my session with Tehmina, but this experience was completely different. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was so compassionate and understanding.
