Words cannot thank you enough, Tina, for your insight, knowledge, care, and support. I was originally referred to Tina by my Osteopath for an Indian Head Massage. While those massages were absolutely fantastic, Tina quickly recognized there was more going on beneath the surface. She was able to uncover both the physical issues I was experiencing and the underlying emotional components connected to them. After two sessions, I felt an incredible sense of relief and well-being. We are still working together, but already she has provided me with practical suggestions on what to do and what to eliminate to support my healing journey. I am so grateful to have found her.

I was looking for a Reiki teacher to begin my journey into energy healing, and a friend recommended Tina. I'm so glad she did. I recently completed the two-day Reiki Level One certification with Tina, and I can confidently say that she is a knowledgeable, patient, and inspiring teacher. I’ve done years of traditional talk therapy to work through some of the same issues I brought to my session with Tehmina, but this experience was completely different. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was so compassionate and understanding. I came in open to any healing modality, and we ended up combining hypnosis, EFT tapping, and emotion and belief work. Her approach focused on the deeper feelings and beliefs behind my patterns, not just the thoughts. Even after one session, I noticed a real shift in my energy.
