Called them and they didn’t answer. Figured they were busy or something, no big deal. Drove over 30 minutes to get there because of all the five star reviews they had. The door was locked at 11:30am even though it said they were open on Google. Tried to call again, no answer. Got a text from that number saying “text me”. I cautiously inquired about an iphone 11 only to be told “no sorry” while sitting in my car after driving 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or even attempt to do business with them. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews, especially when they keep their doors locked during business hours. Completely unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

This place provides excellent customer service from employees to management Randee Williams. They are great with the prices and reliable with their time management. The energy is always great and Randee always aims to please his customers. This is the best cell phone place yet I have done business with and haven’t had any bad experiences. I would recommend everyone to check them out. The place is very nice and the employees are friendly.
