"I was working for Teleperformance. I thought the company was good, and it is ranked among the top 10 in the market. However, my experience with this company has been very bad. They don't know how to manage employees or processes. They hire for one process and then ask you to do a different one. In customer service, they behave more like salespeople. There is so much pressure. Regarding the night allowance, they promised to provide it, but then they didn’t. When we asked, they denied it. If you leave the company without serving the notice period, they demand money from you for the experience letter. So, what is the benefit of working at this company? It is the worst company in Mumbai."

I joined here from 14th September 2018.Nice place to work. It's really good. Cafeteria is nit & clean. Staff is supportive. All n all good place to Job for fresher's & also for experienced employees. Make sure that you will get the offer later of your current process (process is permanent or the temporary). If some process is temporary then after the completion of your agreement you have to contact to lead about further process. I join here as a CSA for Amazon in interview they told me that process is here for temporarily for 3 months after that they extended the time to 4 & half months later on team manager is telling about process is going to shut. But the leads inform our team before the 2 Days of the stopping the process. Tele performance also gives you chance for interview in other process. I have selected in SBI (not from the IJP {internal job posting}) Company is gives you the opportunity.
