I’m very disappointed with this chair company. The staff speak very nicely, especially the lady I dealt with, but the experience felt dishonest. The products are overpriced, and the quality is very poor. In less than four months, the chair leg broke due to bad workmanship, and there have been many other problems. I feel misled by the friendly talk and cannot recommend this company.
