I had previously posted a positive review for TellFix upon fixing my phone. PLEASE read my review cautiously as I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. When bringing my phone in to get my screen repaired, the associate had informed me that I could choose between two screen replacement choices, but there would be little to no difference between them other than the durability. Upon hearing this, I chose the cheaper option as anyone would, which was priced at almost $100. After repairing my phone, I was offered a free screen protector for a five star review, which I’m sure most of these other reviews come from. When receiving my phone, the screen quality was noticeably different with a yellowish tint. The tap response is delayed much more than before, interfering with my ability to use my phone for normal activities such as typing or scrolling. In addition to this, my phone is now having issues with battery, showing that my battery quality has significantly decreased after the replacement. When attempting to resolve the issue, the associate had told me essentially there was nothing he could do unless I paid the difference for a higher quality replacement, even after insisting that I was not made aware of the issues that would come with this replacement. If you’re looking to replace your screen, look elsewhere. While I would have been entirely happy with fixing this with the business themselves, they have shown to be dishonest and unhelpful. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere where you’re taken care of properly.

I have had 2 great experiences with this business. My second being a screen replacement for my older IPhone. They had a great price, got it done quickly and excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend them.
