Stay far away from this service provider. It seems like they have a lot of staff who are unable to problem solve or even fully read your file before they speak with you. I also had a rep presume that she knew more about my health care than I did and more or less try and tell me what to do in terms of when I book to see my health care provider next. They also seem to want a LOT of personal info from you to fill an RX (far more than is needed for the task). It took me 5 phone calls and 90 mins just to fill two prescriptions for two meds I have been taking for more than a year. It's like dealing with a bunch of robots...unless you use the exact term for what you want they have no idea how to help you or what to do. Save yourself time in your life you will never get back and go somewhere else...literally anywhere else...for your med needs.

I spoke with my local pharmacy and they waived all dispensary fees and provide delivery. Because I work away away from home they split up my prescriptions for me. They deal with issues in an expedient, competent manner. Everything this company was not capable of doing.

They charge a very high dispensing fee, yet every time I order a refill, since the change to Telus pharmacy, they have messed it up. They put the incorrect address on every SINGLE refill, and it takes WEEKS for my meds to arrive. I have manually added in the correct address every time, only for them to send it to the wrong one. I have been waiting three weeks for meds already now. Customer service 1/5. I do NOT recommend using this pharmacy at ALL.
