We had a small leak through the roof/ceiling last fall that proved to be a difficult problem to diagnose from the inside and may have been related to work that was done by another unrelated contractor. Jack came over to inspect and talked us through the issue and then continued to be helpful and communicative throughout the process. He also coordinated directly with the insurance adjuster, and took the stress off of us. When him and his crew were able to identify the problem, they quickly and efficiently did the work, and also took care of an unrelated gutter issue that I had noticed a while back as well. We highly recommend Jack and his crew for your roofing needs!
