Temu

I've purchased many good products from Temu. Some items needed small fixes (like glue or screws), but overall, the transactions were positive. However, now I'm restricted from purchasing. I think this is because my bank blocked some payments from an unauthorized card. My bank says they've resolved the issue, and I'm willing to pay for those blocked transactions. Still, I can't reach anyone at Temu who can help fix this payment issue. Can anyone assist?

Terrible order verification, delivery tracking, completely impossible! I had a grandson’s wedding on October 15, 2025. The bride requested that we wear Emerald Green. I began ordering possible dresses from Temu as early as September 9th. I ordered a dress on each of the dates, 9/9, 9/15, 9/16, 9/22, 9/22, 9/23, 9/25, 9/29. I was in hopes of receiving some dresses prior to 10/01, which is when I moved to another city. I changed my delivery and mailing address 2 was prior to moving. I did not receive 1 single dress for the wedding!😫 Temu’s program for tracking is undependable; order lookup is unclear and inefficient, frustrating. Impossible to connect with a customer service agent . Status is unclear because of all the undetermined checkpoints. I don’t know what has happened to this company. I hate all the spinning, choosing games. It’s confusing. I’ve spent a lot of money in this company, but no more. It has crashed and burned. I have a total of $268.20 owed on dresses I never received. I’d advise not doing business with them. I want my $$$ back!

I put in many orders, and not all small ones (i.e. an adult plus size tricycle for $200+), over the past few years since they opened. I had 1 dispute with them and which their "customer service" showed no interest or ability to correct. Now when I try to place an order they send me a pop up bubble stating my order cant go thru!! So I'm here to advise you that if you decide to spend money with them, be forewarned about having any dispute at all, or they will refuse to allow you to purchase again!! Horrible customer service. And the response from Temu re this review is typical....saying I should contact them but you can never fet thru to anyone!!
