Tepperman's Furniture Store - Kitchener

This is obviously a chill place to work, but there has to be at least a little professionalism from young staff. It's super awkward walking into this store when three staff members are behind the front counter together in a little circle, gossiping and socializing. Two were leaning back on the counter, facing the complete opposite way, with their backs to customers. The third appeared to be scrolling on her phone, chatting with the other two. I was walking around with a few items, but when I saw that no one was actually attending the register, I just put everything down and left.

Beware you cannot get your money back if you return an item that was sold with incorrect information in the box. You will get a gift card that you can only spend at their store. When we used the card they accused us that we already used the card when in fact it was their mistake, they had to call their IT to resolve the issue. Also be sure to check as most their products are available online or at other local stores at a cheaper price!

The workers are super friendly and are always helpful! The vibes are amazing and they’re always keeping up with the « trends ».
