Well...if you are talking to a sales person to get information for longer than 10 minutes, you're taking too long. Thats the Teppermans motto. Waited 25 minutes to see someone that I trust only to buy from, got into conversation with him, and the manager came by just as I was getting to what I was in there to purchase. He said "hey can I see you for a second (to the sales person) and then he put him with another customer. Just because I dont look like I have the money to buy products, doesn't give your manager the right to take a sales person away from a customer. My car alone is 130k. I have the money. The sales person I trust knows I have the money. However, making potential current sales by ditching building relationships apparently is more important to Teppermans. I was in there to purchase 5k worth of couches, 12k of bedroom furniture, 5k in appliances, and 10k in electronics. No problem. Im sure teppermans doesn't care but np problem. Ill take my business elsewhere and ill let people know that service is not on your list of priorities. Ever seen the movie Matilda? Yeah the manager is Danny davito.
Had a great experience at Teppermans . The staff listened to my needs, asked me questions and gave me options that fit. Process was easy, and fast. I was offered discounts and a gift. I left feeling good and confident in my purchase.
Went to Tepperman to simply purchase a new bed headboard. We were very happy with the attention & service that we received. Only took us about 20 minutes to complete the transaction to our complete satisfaction.
