The young woman who helped us pick out the TV was amazing. Kudos to the sales person. However, it went sideways after that. We waited in line for almost 60 minutes at Customer Service . There were only 4 people in line. finally, we left the store and went to Best Buy, upgraded our Tv to a better model. Tepperman‘s literally lost $2000 due to poor customer service. We will not be shopping there again. Tepperman‘s has lost a customer.

Our sales lady Molly was amazing very friendly, very knowledgable and very helpful. Financing on the other hand was uncomfortable standing there, listening to other people‘s finances and the problems they may have been having is not anyone’s business. I feel that should be done in private. Also, there was A long line and wait time to pay for our items. The girl that did our financing was very nice, but I feel that system needs to be looked at. We had some problems with the shipping day. They are still working on it trying to get it here before Christmas. But if they cannot make it work, we will cancel the order.

has a very picky shopper today I had the pleasure of meeting not one not two but three Teppermans salesman when I walked into Teppermans this morning I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady wishing me a good morning and then as I headed over to the bargain annex, looking for a bed set I ran into a salesman, Doug, what a great guy, spunky , personality, and honest opinion absolutely loved doing business with him then i went over to meet Lucas in electronics and what a great guy he was he wasn’t necessarily worried about the money. He was worried about making sure I had exactly what I needed for my living area and which size would best fit my bedroom then I went over to appliances and I dealt with a Joe Craig one hell of a great guy within a minute I had a contract and exactly what I needed and not only that I was complaining about not being able to find a water ice filter for my whirlpool fridge at home as the size I required was no longer available so the one gentleman behind the counter looks on Amazon and says hey I found one on Amazon while the other gentleman at the counter says well no we have one in stock and sure enough. I got everything I needed and the filter was cheap cheaper than Amazon. Thank you to the Teppermans crew one Happy customer here. Almost can’t forget i even got a free Air Fryer

I recently purchased a couch from teppermans. In the store, the sales rep was friendly and helpful. Their prices are decent. The delivery guys were excellent. It was very tight getting the couch in because of the ceiling height and width of the hallway. But the guys managed to get it in without any issues. I recommend teppermans for your furniture and household items.
