Customer experiences
We went out as a family of 4. We had paid roughly $75.00. I personally ordered a orange chicken with rice and extra veggies. I got 5 pieces of orange chicken. That was well done. On top of no extra vegetables that I paid for. Two young girls were gossiping out front. It's expensive to eat out now a days as is. I hadn't come to teriyaki madness because of the last experience! I am unsure of what to think anymore. We used to love it but they can't even get the simple things right! Disappointed in the overall experience.
I have never had a problem with the food, its always good. We live 40 miles out of town and decided to get food to go. I should have looked at our order before we left. Completely messed up one of the orders, asked for 2 spicey orange chicken, and 1 regular orange chicken. Got home and it was a spicey grilled orange chicken.
We stopped here for lunch on Sunday and they had a deal that kids eat free on Sunday. They were very helpful as we ordered our food. The place was nice and clean. The tables and eating area were clean and bathrooms were clean. We got edamame and spring roles with our food. We got Katsu chicken, steak, and orange chicken bowls with the combo. Each bowl comes with veggies as well. Everyone was happy with their food and we were all stuffed. If I come here again I would do a couple things differently. I wouldn’t get the white rice because it was a little overcooked. I would skip the spring roll because it wasn’t my favorite. Finally, I would get chicken instead of steak because their steak is cut pretty thin and I like thick cuts of steak. With that said their cut of steak was good quality and not chewy or fatty.
The food is really good but I barely got any meat for the price I paid and I also asked for all the veggies but got none.
Teriyaki Madness is a asian fusion restaurant.
