I recently got my hair done by Stefauna, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! She’s not only amazingly talented but also one of the kindest and most genuine stylists I’ve ever met. The first time, the color at my roots turned out a little lighter than I expected. When I told her, she was so understanding and immediately offered to fix it completely free of charge. That really showed how much she cares about her clients and their satisfaction. She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and now my hair is absolutely beautiful, soft, shiny, and exactly the color I wanted. What I love most about Stefauna is her positive attitude and professionalism. She listens carefully, explains every step, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. If you’re looking for a stylist who’s skilled, caring, and truly dedicated to her work, I can’t recommend Stefauna enough. She’s amazing and I’ll definitely be going back! 💕

Before my appointment, I asked if they had experience achieving the look I wanted, and they assured me they did!!! Unfortunately, the highlights turned out uneven and brassy, far from the soft, natural result I expected. Since then, my hair has felt weak and has been falling out, which has been very frustrating. I expected more expertise and care given what I was told before the service.

Worst experience ive done 3 years in cosmetology and the professional i went to told me he couldnt show me what shades of blue dye he had and told me to use box dye on my hair. Then he cut my hair incorrectly and made it uneven. And also put my hair when wet in the blow dryer for when ur hair is dyed no clips no nothing and didn't use any heat protection.
