Professional, attentive, caring ,knowledgeable ,friendly, thoughtful Pharmacy. full of great people, especially the pharmacists ! Thankyou for your help That was my review from 9 months ago.. Unfortunately since the service has gotten worse and worse every time I refill. I've changed how I feel about this pharmacy Medications not ready when confirmed they were ready. Completely forgetting to drop Medications when they are to set for delivery.. Where I had enough is when I almost purchased a medication early. The pharmacist told me I had no pills left for my blister packs. I'm on very limited fund, the medications was $50. Worried and unable to pay right the I had to leave without my medications. I checked my receipt and counted the days, I was shorted 22 pills. This is not the first time my medications haven't been counted right. Certainly would have been the most expensive. People make mistakes that's why I didn't mention the other times but its gotta worse and worse. Sad to say.. I have since moved to Grey st medical they have a pharmacy there. ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Terence Hill Pharmacy. Picking up my ten-month-old’s medicine after a pediatrician’s visit, the pharmacist asked what the medication was for, that was fine but then she proceeded to ask several invasive questions. I explained my daughter just had a hand-foot-mouth episode, the same pediatrician seen her previously. Yet she kept insisting my baby might have herpes. My son’s eczema makes his case atypical “eczema coxsackium” so it’s more severe. She never saw him, didn’t know our history, yet kept pushing. Shocking lack of professionalism; felt judged, not helped. I didn’t walk in there looking for medical diagnosis, that’s what the pediatrician was for.

I have been going to Terrace Hill Pharmacy for years. This is the best pharmacy in Brantford! The pharmacist are professional and friendly. I have had no issues with getting my medications. I feel like family.
