Went to Playa de Carmen with the intention of buying a property but were extremely nervous as we have never purchased outside the United States. We were so fortunate to have met Martha Lopez from IBROKERS. She was so helpful, and patient. We saw a property that we really liked but still were a little unsure about purchasing it. Martha went out of her way to show us more properties as she wanted us to feel comfortable and most of all be happy with our purchase. She never made us feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions. She was always polite and eager to answer any questions we might have. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations! We can’t thank her enough for all her guidance and help. We did end up buying a property and I feel confident in our purchase. Buyers beware!! This review is after 2 years from purchasing a property where a property management business "UNIKO" was offered as a solution to handle and host my studio for vacation rentals. There's a reason you can 't find a way to leave a review to UNIKO online.
