I'd give 10 stars if I could. We had the best experience last night. Texas feels magical when you walk in. Great drink selections. Fantastic menu options. Amazing desserts. Shannon, Shelby and Baton all took such unbelievable care of us. All the food was cooked to perfection. This was my second time here and each dinner has been exceptional.

While the service (at the bar) was impeccable and the atmosphere was as rich and interesting as advertised, I came away quite disappointed with the food. I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon, cooked medium. It arrived rare, and I sent it back. It came back cooked medium but was very dry. Additionally the food was plated without any artfulness whatsoever - it had a decidedly inelegant appearance. I would go back for the bar's atmosphere and service, but not for the food.

Ate here to celebrate a birthday, was a wonderful experience. The service was really good and the food did not disappoint. The portions were definitely Texas sized. Overall good experience and would return.

Stopped by Texas while in Dallas for business. Everything about this place was top notch. The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing and best of all was the outstanding food. I had the Chilean Sea Bass with Burnt Corn & Roasted Vegetables. Some of the best sea bass I have ever had. We also had a few of the desserts and the apple pie was amazing. Thank you Texas for an amazing dinner experience! Would highly recommend!
