I knew that there had been a storm here in Keene, Texas, but I wasn’t even sure that I needed a new roof, Best Texas Roofing checked anyway. Will Tollett led the effort from beginning to end. His attention to detail and willingness to WORK impressed me. I learned that he is trustworthy. He dealt with the insurance company and the suppliers. He even found a white roof! There are at least 8 or 10 roofs being replaced here by this company, SO I’m suggesting that if you question rather or not you need a roof because of wind or storm damage, call him at TEXAS ROOFING and Construction.

Will and his team at Texas Best Roofing were extremely professional and easy to work with. My wife and I knew our roof was getting to the point where it needed to be replaced. After the large storm a few weeks ago I noticed that I had some shingles missing and we called Texas Best. They came out to inspect our roof the same day we called and helped us file a claim with our insurance since we had never dealt with that before. Will’s team ensured that they were present with our adjuster during the roof inspection and walked us through the entire process. Within a week I had received a check from the insurance and the crew had replaced our roof with an upgraded shingle that has actually qualified us for a discount on our homeowners insurance. Our gutters were also covered under our insurance and Texas Best had a great selection to replace our gutters all the way around. We couldn’t be any happier with our new roof and gutters, or more pleased at how easy Will and his team made this process. Work was done quickly and professionally, they cleaned up well when the job was finished and the speed from first call to job completion (less than two weeks including waiting for the adjuster to come out and the insurance check to arrive) was quite a nice surprise. The only issue with the entire process is now that we have a nice new roof and gutters, my wife wants to have the trim on the house painted to look equally as good. We are again trusting Will’s team at Texas Best and will post an update when the painting is done.
