The first time the owner Rick wanted to meet with us, we come from over an hour away on the time we set and he’s not there. Immediately put a bad taste in our mouth and I should have taken that as my red flag yet we come AGAIN today, he wanted an ungodly amount down 10k on a truck, we come today cash in hand and he says he prefers to whole sale the truck now. What a joke. Horrible communication.
Alicia SolisI would never recommend anyone to this car lot, Rick is very unprofessional, very rude and untrustworthy. He sells vehicles that he buys from auctions dirt cheap & overprice them. When you have any problems with your vehicle he complains about how people call or complain about what needs to be fixed on the vehicle that he had on his lot. Rick cursed out someone in front of his building about how they weren't able to go over so many miles, he told her she wasn't able to travel with her vehicle for her work wise, accused her for using the vehicle for commercial work. What kind of person would pin against things just to take a vehicle away from that person because of Rick's ex employee he had working for him suppose Rick was mad about the situation he had with his ex employee screwing him over. I understand that if your leasing a vehicle AS IS, but don't underestimate the people that look down for you. I've seen many people that came to this car lot and drove off with the vehicle then the following 3 or 4 days later the vehicle needs new tires, new shocks, new windshield wipers, AC compressor...
